Grown is an Australian baby and childrens brand designed to celebrate the golden days of childhood. We make garments that are kind to our planet. Every piece is consciously designed and intended for comfort and inclusiveness. Grown is with you in every season; for slow days and play days; for your sleepy newborn, your wild toddler and your creative kids.  
 
We care about the way fabrics feel on your child's skin. Grown proudly uses natural and biodegradable yarns and organic cotton. We're continually striving to use Grown as a platform to plant the seeds of sustainability for our future generations. 
 

The environmental impact of each garment is considered at the design stage - from materials, packaging, trims and accessories, through to logistics and distribution with small batch production practices.

 

Each piece is made to be loved and reloved for years to come. It's designed for longevity and it's lovingly made for children to, above all else, just be happy and let their individuality shine. To be comfy, make memories and to play. 

 
 

Grown was founded in 2019 by Sara, who studied Fashion Design at RMIT and worked in the fashion industry in Melbourne before moving to the Mornington Peninsula sea-side and raising two little people. 

 

Sara developed the concept of Grown focusing on knitwear garments after identifying a gap in the market for beautiful baby knitwear. Knitwear was the core beginning for Grown as it was stretchable, long wearing and could be created with organic fibres, offering playful and comfortable silhouettes. 

 

Grown has recently expanded into more organic cotton, denim and jersey pieces to help pair better with our knitwear and create more outfits. Grown now offers up to size 7 and this is expanding as our customers grow with us.
