GROWN Gift Card Terms & Conditions

 

  1. GROWN gift cards can be used in store at GROWN Sorrento and online at grownshop.com.
  2. Gift cards have no expiry date.
  3. Gift cards can be used on full-price and sale items, but not to buy other gift cards.
  4. If your purchase costs less than the card balance, the rest stays on the card for next time. If it costs more, you can pay the difference by any accepted payment method.
  5. Gift cards can't be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
  6. Please treat your gift card like cash. We can't replace or refund lost, stolen or damaged cards, or cards used without your permission.
  7. To check your balance, ask our team in store or contact us at hello@grownshop.com.
  8. If you return an item bought with a gift card, the refund goes back onto a gift card.
  9. GROWN may update these terms from time to time. Any changes won't reduce the value of a card already purchased.
  10. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
